Referral Terms and Conditions

All current subscribers of PureSky Energy are eligible to participate in the Referral program.

You will receive the Referral Reward if a new subscriber signs a standard Subscription Agreement with PureSky Energy using your unique referral code, provided they meet the minimum community solar requirements at the time of enrollment. Minimum requirements include being a residential customer of Pepco with an eligible service address, providing credit card or auto-pay information, and having satisfactory credit.

As long as you continue to be a subscriber in good standing, you will receive your Referral Reward within 4-6 weeks of PureSky Energy’s receipt of the new subscriber’s payment of their first bill. In referring PureSky Energy to friends and family, you agree that you will not engage in any form of spam or high-pressure sales tactics.

New subscribers will be subject to the terms and conditions of their Subscription Agreement.  From time to time, we may modify or suspend this Referral program.
